Returns

At Dogopo.Store, we only accept returns or replacements in the following situations:

The product received is damaged
You received the wrong product

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

Clothing and apparel (including Dog Mom, Dog Dad, and Dog Lover t-shirts)
Grooming products such as dog shampoos, massage oils, mists, and perfumes
Dog toys
Dog beds and bedding
Dog accessories
Any opened, used, or damaged items not caused during shipping

Product pages may also specify if an item is non-returnable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
